From O.C. Tanner’s groundbreaking research in employee recognition, A Carrot A Day Training teaches managers how to get started and sustain momentum in their recognition efforts.
Managers will learn to understand the value of recognition in helping them accomplish their business goals through an engaging series of interactive exercises designed to uncover why they aren’t currently recognizing and help them understand what type of recognition works in their culture. Through these exercises, they will discover successful methods for using recognition to build a positive work environment. Participants will master the skills needed to integrate on-the-spot and formal recognition into their daily interactions with their teams.
Participants in the A Carrot A Day Training will receive the A Carrot A Day Manager’s Toolkit which includes the A Carrot A Day book, a Celebrating the Achievement DVD, a set of thank-you cards and a carrot pen. Additionally, participants will receive The 24-Carrot Manager by Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton, a participant workbook and a carrot carry bag in which to take it all home.
